August 15 @ 7:00 pm - 11:00 pmFree
Come join the Regent Park Film Festival for our outdoor screening series, ‘Under the Stars’. This week, we are screening the ’90s classic, “Sister Act I” (1992). The film tells the story of Deloris, a lounge singer who accidentally witnesses her boyfriend commit a murder and hides out in a convent disguised as a nun. While at first she has trouble fitting in, she finds her place in the convent choir, but its success come with its own problems.
Under The Stars: Movies in The Park is a free outdoor summer screening series hosted by Regent Park Film Festival every Wednesday in July and August.
