Sarvenaz Rayati

Sarvenaz is an Iranian visual artist now based in Toronto. She received her BA in Painting and Visual Communication from Art University in Tehran. She has exhibited her work internationally and has recently participated in group exhibitions at Urban Space, Evergreen Brick Works and Capital One in Toronto. Last summer, Sarvenaz led People & Trees, a SPARK project about the life of trees that culminated with an art installation in East York's Dentonia Park. As part of Animating Toronto Parks’s program, People & Trees will get another chance to be shown for 9 consecutive nights at Dentonia Park this September.
