Inspired by “Gorshey”, a massive intergenerational Tibetan dance gathering that has been around for centuries, Enter the Gorshey unfolds through a journey of cultural exchange, artistic exploration, and intergenerational connection. Under the direction of young people, the public must go through several stages of exploring various facets of Tibetan culture – from cuisine to meditation and mindfulness, earning the ultimate right of passage: an invitation to Enter the Gorshey. Here the public is not just an audience but an active contributor, earning their place in the dance circle.
